If you're not completely happy with an item you have purchased online, contact us to return it to us in the same condition you received it.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt for full priced items and 10 days for sale items.
If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your order ( 10 days for sale items), unfortunately we can’t accept the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with all original labels and tags intact, and must not have been used, worn, or carry any odours such as smoke/ perfume/pets, or have any marks such as make up or fake tan. When trying on items please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them. Please also make sure PJ bottoms/shorts are tried on over the top of your own underwear in the interests of hygiene.
Any item received back which does not meet ANY of these conditions will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to you.
There are no returns on briefs, shorts, thongs, period pants or hosiery for hygiene reasons. Please ask for help on the sizing if you are unsure.
Original postage costs and return postage costs will not be refunded. We recommend signed for returns as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
Returns from appointment purchases
Items purchased in store are eligible for exchange or credit notes as we provide a free bra fitting service and items are tried on to ensure they fit and are suitable for purchase.
